Prior projects
Branding Matters’ prior work with Microsoft, included managing a global email marketing campaign for Microsoft's developer tools product Visual Studio Express. It was a pilot that ran in Latin America and Canada to introduce Visual Studio Express customers to Microsoft’s premium products. After analysis of the pilot programme results, the campaign was refined and Microsoft asked Branding Matters to develop and manage a 'Campaign-in-a-box', which we managed and rolled out globally in some 20 Microsoft subsidiaries. Branding Matters handled the campaign planning, as well as creative development for the emails and landing pages and acted as a centralised campaign manager and point person for all the participating subsidiaries, as well as providing comprehensive campaign reporting.
Branding Matters subsequently managed a global search marketing campaign for Microsoft’s Visual Studio Team System, which ran in five subsidiaries globally to supplement the global advertising efforts.
